Crap	Basically I did not like this book. Either because it was boring, badly written, OR I just didn't like the subject or the style. I have disliked some very scholarly works because they were too dry and unreadable.
Mediocre	Slightly better than above. But in my humble opinion not worth what they cost unless you have a specific need in this area.
OK	An adequate book, worth considering if cheap, or if it appears to cover exactly what you were looking for.
Good	Quite a good book, I would recommend it, though nothing out of the ordinary, there may be better books available.
V.Good	Whole heartedly recommend these books, if you want a book on this subject you can't go far wrong.
Exceptional	What can I say, these books are a "Must Have". I would say that particularly in the fiction sections this is a highly subjective opinion.
